The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of local specialties.

The plumbing issue in the bathroom was quite unpleasant and needs immediate attention.

It's in a very good building in the fairly nice area.

This hotel was pleasant and fancy and breakfast was above average. Efficient staff with a smile. Magnificent location, peaceful area, short walk to the outskirts of Aberdeen, close to the main road and resteraunt and leisure and restaurant.

The food was of a poor standard and most people like us as far as we could see stuck to burgers and chips. The Brasserie particularly look d vey unappetizing.

It was a very busy weekend for the hotel but the staff coped well with everything they had to do.

Their internet booking service was not very good so I had to use Booked.net!

decore was very shabby and in need of renewal. meals were overpriced with basic side dishes. bedding was,nt changed everyday. if you are a smoker no simple shelter was available.

Room very hot. Did have an electric air cooler machine but it was so noisy. When the window was open the traffic noise was intrusive. The bed was comfy. The dinner in the restuarant was average at best, the waitress uncorked our wine, had problems with it, so there were small bits of cork floating around. She appeared flustered, had certainly not been trained to open and pour wine so we tried to make her feel better! The breakfast was ok with a decent selection however when I had finished a chef type person appeared offering to cook fresh omelettes which would have been lovely. My colleague and I were shown to our table and then left with no guidance as to what the breakfast could consist of.

we enjoyed our long weekend in this place - perfect room, good spa with relaxed bar. Huge carpark is available + bus stop to the city centre close by

Reception was very helpfull and curtious

Not the most attractive outside, but inside the hotel is lovely. We were given a free room upgrade and were delighted with the facilities.
